SHIPPING GUIDELINES:

We are like those 24-hour news channels:Abercrombie likes to keep you informed throughout the order process. When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation message immediately. Once your order begins its road trip from our warehouse to you, we'll send another email with tracking information. Don't forget, we ship Monday through Friday only.

We deliver Monday through Friday, between 8 AM and 6 PM. 
When you place an order Sunday through Thursday before 10pm, it can be shipped the next day. Orders placed Friday to Sunday will be shipped on Monday. 
We deliver via UPS parcel delivery service. 
All deliveries must be signed for upon receipt. 
UPS will try at least twice to deliver your order to the address indicated by you. In case UPS cannot deliver at the indicated address, the driver will leave an Info Notice in the mailbox. After two delivery attempts, UPS will keep your package for a maximum of 5 business days. After 5 business days, UPS will return your package back to lvbaghome.com. If you do not have an Info Notice, please contact us. 
We reserve the right to cancel your order in the event that no one is available to sign for your shipment. 
You bear the risk for the items once delivery is completed. 

Shipping Methods:

1.USPS: Orders over 65 enjoy Free delivery. 
It will reach your door in 7-10 business days. 
2.Most orders for In-Stock items begin shipping as soon as your online purchase is completed. Items are shipped once they are located in stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. For example, if you order an In-Stock item on Monday that leaves the warehouse in 1-2 full business days, it will leave the warehouse by end-of-day Wednesday. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address. Please note that business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays.

All ordered items here are closely to the word here "what you see on ouw website are what you get in 7days".Before enjoying easy exchange & return policy,You must contact us with returning shipping address before sending the items back. Feedback now!All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. 
All ordered items are the right items you pick here.We promise you of the right order package.So if returning right items for a refund: all returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non- refundable. 
We do not cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges of right order package, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs. Additionally, we recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments. 
All returned merchandise should be sent to the shipping address we email you after you get our feedback here! 

Exchanges

Exchanges are part of our simple return process:just request a replacement item as you complete the return.Exchanges are always subject to availability at the time your return is received and processed. If you are afraid the item you need is going to sell out, you can always place a new order rather than request an exchange during the return process.

Seeing double Exchanges always involve the return of your original purchase and the creation of a new order. You will see two transactions on your credit card or debit card statement: a credit for your original purchase and a charge for your exchanged new purchase. Please be patient, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit transaction to appear on your statement depending upon your card issuer. 
We will accept exchanges for a different size or color within 30 days of the original order dispatch date. Please contact us with your Order ID and one of our team members will help you.Feedback now If you would like to exchange items to a different style, you would have to return your items for a refund* (as per Return policy) and place a new order for the style you prefer. 
You must contact us before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. Worn or dirty items will be returned back to you. 
We do not cover the shipping cost of exchanges, you will be responsible for the return postage and for the shipping and handling cost of shipping the exchanged items back to you. We recommend that you add tracking and insurance when sending items to us for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order- as long as the order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel the order and 10% cancellation fee will be charged.
Unfortunately, once the order is in the hands of the shipper, there is no going back and you will need to go through the return/refund process once your order arrives. (Special Note: If you really want to- we can re-route the package back to us and charge you the UPS $30 re-routing fee and applicable shipping charges. That is only if the package is in a transit and not out for delivery.

Friendly Notice: If you did not receive your 10-digit tracking number within 3 days after placing your order, your e-mail server may have seen it as spam. In this case, please contact us for assistance in orders' tracking.
